CODE OF CONDUCT

    Membership Term: Memberships are continual and billed on a monthly basis (first of the month). Termination must be expressed by the member though text or email.

 

•         Age Requirement: All members and guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID is required upon entry.

 

•         Dress Code: Members and guests must maintain a casual appearance — collared shirts or polos recommended. No athletic wear, tank tops, or flip-flops.

 

•         Guest Policy: Members are responsible for the conduct and purchases of their guests. Guests must adhere to all lounge rules and may only visit when accompanied by an active member. Visitors are welcome. Visitors and guests are limited to (3) visits before a membership is required. A (1) cigar minimum purchase is required for all visitors and guests. Visitors and guests are not allowed to park in the members parking area.

 

•         Cigars: Members may bring their own cigars. Cigar lockers are available for VIP & Elite members. The Summit Club will have a fully stocked humidor. Weekly cigar special will be offered along with a “Cigar of the Month.”

 

•         Behavior & Conduct: Respectful behavior toward staff and guests is mandatory. Please conduct phone conversations away from others. Disruptive, loud, or inappropriate conduct will result in disciplinary action, up to membership revocation. If membership is revoked due to misconduct, the membership fee for that month is non-refundable.

 

•         Drinks: Members may bring their own bottles. Bottles are to be dropped off at the bar for labeling. All bottles are stored, managed and poured by Summit Club staff. Unclaimed bottles will be held for 30 days before it is surrendered to the club.  Bottle delivery is available from Downtown Fine Spirits and Wines (719-475-8115).

 

•         Smoking Etiquette: Cigarettes, E cigarettes, vaping and cannibis are not permitted. Be considerate of other guests’ space. Avoid overpowering scents or perfumes. Use ashtrays properly and dispose of cigars respectfully. No cigars on the furniture.

 

•         Events & Reservations: Members will receive advance notice of all special events and must RSVP to secure spots. Private event hosting is available for members by request. The poker room may be reserved at no charge for the members.

 

•         Termination of Membership: Summit Club reserves the right to suspend or revoke memberships due to violation of policies or failure to meet conduct standards. If membership is involuntarily terminated, the membership fee is non-refundable
